When you get sorted, how much weight does your choice have in the matter? Is it end all, be all, or is it based on some objective traits that you have? And if it is, does that mean some people are essentially more intelligent than others? Is Jo making some commentary about intelligence existing in some perfect objective form? Is it based on where you want to be, or on something that you essentially have?
